Tip of the Week...

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (ACV).... You are getting 3 golden nuggets in this week's Tip of the Week (3-for-1). Most people already know that ACV has numerous health benefits when it includes "The Mother" ("The Mother" being the cloudy, stringy beneficial bacteria that forms during the fermentation process). But we are only going to focus on the 3 benefits I believe most people are either unaware of or have a tendency to forget about:

  • Cras faucibus purus tincidunt tincidunt mollis.

  • Cras faucibus purus tincidunt tincidunt mollis.

  • Cras faucibus purus tincidunt tincidunt mollis.

Is Bragg's ACV the best "The Mother" has to offer?

Tap-to-flip for a superior brand...

Fairchild's Organic ACV is considered a "superior" product when compared to other popular brands that contain "The Mother." Click Here for supporting data so you can make up your own mind. It is a little pricier!

Do You Make A Conscious Effort To Present "Your Best Self" Every Day?

Float Image
Float Image

Most people are too busy "living life" to be concerned about portraying themself in the best light every day... and then wonder why they are constantly misunderstood or unfairly criticized. They overlook the fact that their presentation contributes to those negative reactions. Stress, frustration, fatigue, overwhelm, finances, and unresolved issues often shape how we show up, but we are the common denominator in every situation and therefore have the power to change what we don’t like.

With that said, I suspect most people would simply respond to the title by saying "I'm too busy trying to get through the day to worry about how I interact throughout the day." And that would be an understandable response. However, it's important to stop and ask yourself a few basic questions every once-in-a-while (preferably every day), especially if you are encountering problems with the people you interact with. Basic questions like... "Is my delivery in sync with my intent; are my words providing clarity or confusion; is my tone or body language sending the wrong signals?" Paying attention to just these basic questions can help squash potential misunderstandings and unfair criticism.

But, like everything in life, making a conscious effort to present "your best self" every day is a choice. You don't have to follow any suggestions you do not resonate with nor do you have to change anything you are totally happy with, regardless of perception. The good news is, there are many different ways to improve if you are not presenting the best version of yourself on a daily basis, and some of those ways are actually fun. Which leads to my final question...

Ladies, have you ever noticed that when you feel beautiful those "happy hormones" miraculously kick-in, triggering feelings of self love and elevated confidence? This domino effect often starts when you look in the mirror and instantly feel good about what you see - you look beautiful, but more importantly, you feel beautiful ☺.

So the takeaway from this entire article is simply this...

If you look and feel beautiful, your actions will typically mirror that beauty.* So do something that makes you feel beautiful EVERY DAY. You will be more apt to presenting the best version of yourself to everyone you come in contact with. Even a friendly smile can leave a positive impression when it is heartfelt and delivered with warmth.

* This is true for millions of women, but it certainly is not true for all.

Carving Out A Little "Personal Time" On A Regular Basis Is A Great Way To Reduce Stress & Maintain Balance In Your Life! Read Eleanor's Story...

Eleanor’s Revolutionary Breakthrough

Eleanor glanced at her reflection in the office window, tension etching lines across her forehead. At 53, she’d built a thriving career in Sales & Marketing, but her proudest achievement felt overshadowed by sleepless nights, tight deadlines, and a constant hum of anxiety.

One crisp Monday night, after another evening spent glued to her laptop preparing a presentation for the following day, Eleanor declared a small rebellion: I'm going to give myself 20 minutes of “me time” each morning to start my day with tranquility and clarity. Before going to bed, she set her alarm 20 minutes earlier than the usual time. In the morning she woke up, brewed her tea, and sank into the armchair by her bedroom window. With a notebook in hand, she wrote whatever sprang to mind—dream fragments, gratitude lists, or just the word breathe over and over. At first, her mind was racing faster than two copulating rabbits. But by the end of week one, her thoughts settled down and flowed at a much slower pace.

Encouraged, Eleanor wove new rituals into her weekly routine. Every Thursday evening, she traded her high heels for walking shoes and explored the riverside trail, listening to birdsong instead of email pings. Once a month, she treated herself to an art class, laughing over thumb-smeared canvases and rediscovering her childhood love of color.

Within two months, coworkers remarked on her radiant calm. Stress no longer lurked behind her smile; it had vanished into the pages of her journal and the rhythm of her footsteps. Creative ideas flowed more freely in meetings. Home felt warmer—Eleanor laughed with her husband more, played with her grandson without constantly checking her phone, and slept through the entire night - well, almost the entire night.

Eleanor’s transformation wasn’t instant, but it proved that tiny pockets of self-care can reshape your life. Now, her mornings begin with tea, her weeks with walks, and her months with art—simple acts that have rekindled her peace, passion and clarity.

I hope you feel encouraged by Eleanor's story but more importantly, we hope you feel inspired enough to prioritize your own mental & emotional wellbeing. Don't stay stuck in a habitual cycle of "self neglect." Take action, if action is needed. If time is the problem, start with 15 minutes a day or even 1 hour a week and increase it whenever you can, as much as you can. Devaluing your worth by making excuses to neglect yourself will prevent you from experiencing the optimal calmness, inner peace, mental clarity and self appreciation you deserve. If this story does not apply to you, encourage someone you know that it does apply to. Be inspired or be the inspiration, you choose. And remember, it's okay to use "no" as a complete sentence sometimes.
