Are You An "Ageless Beauty Over 50?"
“Ageless Beauty Over 50” focuses on a woman’s innate desire to look & feel her best in EVERY season of her life, but especially after the age of 50 when changes start becoming a lot more noticeable. Fortunately, beauty has no age; it is unique to every woman; it is measured differently by every woman, and as the old saying goes, it is ‘in the eye of the beholder.’ But when it comes to YOUR beauty, the only ‘beholder’ that matters is YOU. This platform encourages you to strive to be the best version of yourself-for-yourself so you can enjoy the elevated confidence that invariably follows.

Discover how "AGELESS BEAUTY OVER 5O" (also referred to as "ABOF" or “AB”) can help you. Firstly, thank you for stopping by. If you are a Millennial woman (30 to mid-40's) I extend a special welcome to you. Even though this website is primarily for women over 50, by taking a proactive approach to the inevitable changes your body will go through, you are likely reducing the amount of "damage control" you may have to do later - so I commend you for being here. To all my ageless beauties over 50 (whatever your ethnicity, whatever your challenge), I am confident the information shared on this platform will provide some practical solutions to enhance your natural beauty, improve your health and give you a better understanding of what your body really needs to supercharge your results and boost your confidence. If you do not need help in any of those areas, be a contributor and empower other women on our Beauty Forum.
On this website, I make a bold attempt to help you defy gravity ☺ on the rejuvenation page "Rejuvenate;" I break things down for you on the nutrition page "Nourish;" and I glam things up for you on the beauty page "Beautify." In addition to all of those things, I try to share inspiration, motivation, and encouragement throughout the entire platform (with the occasional sprinkle of humor). My name is Nelista Lord-Morgan. I do not claim to be a health or beauty expert. On the contrary, I’m just a regular melanin-rich, mature woman, striving to share good information as well as products, regimens, and gadgets that work exceptionally well for most women when used correctly & consistently (many have a satisfaction rate in the ninety percentile). You will also benefit from the beauty secrets, experiences, support, and the comradery shared by our growing community of women (if you choose to join our new Beauty Forum) - this is where all the magic truly happens. So, when I refer to “us” I am referring to the collective effort of the entire ABOF community. The information provided throughout this website comes largely from personal testing, meticulous research (using reliable sources of course), consumer feedback, success stories, and many years of simply watching and learning. In addition to all those things, it also comes from some major changes I personally started experiencing in my mid-fifties.
But as someone who always sees the glass as ‘half full’ rather than ‘half empty, I never saw those changes as an irreversible part of aging, although wear-and-tear does of course play a part. In my case, I felt my sedentary lifestyle, poor eating habits, low water consumption, and poor sleeping patterns had contributed greatly to those changes. I also knew I had the power to improve everything. And you have that same power too!
From-time-to-time, I showcase products, services and/or gadgets that are new on the market. Any articles related to these new products, services or gadgets should be viewed as "introductions" and not as endorsements. Our "ABOF" motto is "strive to look and feel your best and let your confidence do the rest." With that said, I encourage you to soak up as much information as you can by browsing the web pages shown at the top of the page, but more importantly, by joining our "Beauty Forum." The Beauty Forum alone will heighten & diversify your awareness while expanding your social connections & friendships. Forum membership is currently FREE and you do not have to be over 50 to join. Please be forewarned that we exercise a strict anti spamming, solicitation, phishing and poaching policy, so please join for the right reasons. Advertising opportunities will be available later in the year but all ads will need to meet our advertising criteria before being approved.
When it comes to rejuvenating, nourishing and beautifying mature skin, most women simply want to know what things really work? Forget about the unsubstantiated hype, the misleading claims, and the overpriced often sub-quality potions & lotions. They just want honesty, fair pricing, and quality products that produce phenomenal results. ABOF upholds those same values and, together with our forum members, commit to sharing products, gadgets, and regimens that can help you get the results you’re looking for!

Do You Make A Conscious Effort To Present
"Your Best Self" Every Day? 🤔
Do You Make A Conscious Effort To Present
"Your Best Self" Every Day? 🤔

Ladies, have you ever noticed that when you feel beautiful those "happy hormones" miraculously kick-in; triggering feelings of self love and elevated confidence? This domino affect often starts when you look in the mirror and instantly feel good about what you see looking back at you - you look beautiful, but more importantly, you feel beautiful. Hold on to that thought as you read the rest of this article.
Just dealing with daily life can sometimes consume so much energy that making a conscious effort to consistently present the best version of yourself does not even enter your thought process... but then wonder why you are constantly misunderstood or unfairly criticized. We sometimes overlook the fact that how we present ourself often contributes to people's reaction. While stress, frustration, fatigue, overwhelm, finances, and unresolved issues often shape how we show up, we should not use them as an excuse to justify our behavior, our attitude or our temperament. We are the common denominator in every situation we have to deal with or react to - we therefore have the power to change anything we don't like.
With that said, it seems highly likely that most people's response to the question posed in the title would simply be "No, I'm too busy trying to get through the day to worry about how I am perceived." An understandable response! What would be your answer? However you answered, it is still important to regularly (preferably 4 or 5 minutes at the end of each day) ask yourself a few basic questions, especially if you are encountering problems with the people you interact with. Basic questions like this... "Is my delivery in sync with my intent; are my words providing clarity or confusion; is my tone or body language sending the wrong signals?" Just paying attention to these basic questions can help squash potential misunderstandings, unfair criticism, and strained relationships.
But, like everything in life, making a conscious effort to present "your best self" on a daily basis, is a choice. You don't have to follow any suggestions you do not resonate with nor do you have to change anything about your delivery if you are happy with it, regardless of the perception of others. The good news is, there are many different ways to make improvements to ensure you are presenting the best version of yourself every day, and some of those ways are actually fun (check out the self-care banner below).

Read Eleanor's Story...
Eleanor’s Revolutionary Breakthrough
Eleanor glanced at her reflection in the office window, tension etching lines across her forehead. At 53, she’d built a thriving career in Sales & Marketing, but her proudest achievements felt overshadowed by sleepless nights, tight deadlines, and a constant hum of anxiety.
One crisp Monday night, after another evening spent glued to her laptop preparing a presentation for the following day, Eleanor declared a small rebellion: I'm going to give myself 20 minutes of “me time” each morning to start my day with tranquility and clarity. Before going to bed, she set her alarm 20 minutes earlier than the usual time. In the morning she woke up, brewed her tea, and sank into the armchair by her bedroom window. With a notebook in hand, she wrote whatever sprang to mind—dream fragments, gratitude lists, or just simply taking a few deep breaths with her head slightly tilted back and her eyes lightly closed. Prior to taking control of her breathing to slow down her thoughts, her mind was racing faster than two copulating rabbits. But by the end of week one, her thoughts settled down and flowed at a much slower pace.
Encouraged, Eleanor wove new rituals into her weekly routine. Every Thursday evening, she traded her high heels for walking shoes and explored the riverside trail, listening to birdsong instead of email pings. Once a month, she treated herself to an art class, laughing over thumb-smeared canvases and rediscovering her childhood love of color.
Within two months, coworkers remarked on her radiant calm. Stress no longer lurked behind her smile; it had vanished into the pages of her journal and the rhythm of her footsteps. Creative ideas flowed more freely in meetings. Home felt warmer—Eleanor laughed with her husband more, played with her grandson without constantly checking her phone, and slept through the entire night - well, almost the entire night.
Eleanor’s transformation wasn’t instant, but it proved that tiny pockets of self-care can reshape your life. Now, her mornings begin with tea, her weeks with walks, and her months with art—simple acts that have rekindled her peace, passion and clarity.
I hope you feel encouraged after reading Eleanor's story. More importantly, I hope you were able to capture the moral of the story and are now ready and willing to prioritize your own emotional wellbeing. Don't stay stuck in a habitual cycle of "self neglect" by always putting everyone and everything before yourself. No one should love you more than you love yourself. Take action, if action is needed. If time is the problem, start by only carving out 15-20 minutes a day to focus on you, or even 1 hour a week and increase it whenever you can. Devaluing your worth gives you an excuse to neglect yourself, preventing you from experiencing the optimal calmness, inner peace, mental clarity and self appreciation you deserve. If this story does not apply to you, encourage someone you know that it does apply to. Be inspired or be the inspiration, you choose! If nothing else, remember your time is precious so it's okay to sometimes say "no," and don't be afraid to use it as a complete sentence. It does not always need an explanation or clarification. ~ABOF
